30 days, no questions.
If a piece isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery in its original condition for a full refund. We cover the cost of return shipping within the EU.
How it works

Email us
Drop a note to [email protected] with your order number and a short reason (optional, helpful for our pattern team).

Print the label
We'll email a prepaid return label (EU only) within one working day. Outside the EU, you cover return shipping.

Send it back
Drop the parcel at any post point. Reuse the original mailer and tissue if you still have them.

Refund
We refund within 3–5 working days of receipt, to the original payment method. You'll get an email when it lands.
What counts as 'original condition'?
Unused and unwashed, with the tags attached and all snaps intact. Faint try-on traces are fine; signs of wear, washing, or stains are not.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes. Email us before sending the parcel and we'll reserve the replacement piece for you.
What about worn-against-skin items?
For hygiene, we can't accept bodysuits or sleepwear that have been worn without a layer. Unworn pieces with tags attached are returnable as normal.
My item arrived damaged.
We're sorry. Email [email protected] with a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or refund immediately.
Do you repair?
Yes, if a snap, seam, or zip ever fails, send the piece back. We repair before we replace, free for the first year, and at cost after.
Final-sale items?
We don't run sales. Everything is returnable on the same terms.
