2. Prices and currency
All prices are in EUR and include Dutch VAT where applicable. Shipping: flat €5.95, free above €100.
We may correct typographical pricing errors before dispatch; you may cancel without charge if a correction materially changes the order.
3. Order acceptance
Your order is a binding offer once Stripe captures payment. The contract forms when we send the confirmation email. We may decline (full refund) in cases of stock issues or suspected fraud.
4. Cooling-off period
Under EU consumer-protection law you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from delivery. We offer a longer 30-day return window, see returns for the process.
Custom-monogrammed items are exempt from the withdrawal right once embroidery has begun.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe (Ireland). We never see or store your card details.
6. Shipping
Orders dispatch in 1–2 working days from our Hoofddorp studio. Risk passes on delivery to the courier.
International orders: you are the importer-of-record for any destination duties.
7. Warranties
Every piece carries a one-year workshop warranty for manufacturing defects. Beyond year one we still repair, at workshop cost.
The statutory Dutch consumer guarantee applies regardless.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Disputes
Dutch law governs. Disputes go to the competent court of Noord-Holland, with the right to use the EU ODR platform.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published at the time you placed it.
