Terms

Terms of sale

May 2026

These terms cover every order placed through Pip & Fern. They spell out what you can expect from ONI Ecommerce Limited (us, the seller) and what we ask of you (the buyer). None of it takes away the consumer rights the law already gives you under Dutch or EU rules.

1. Who you're buying from

The seller is ONI Ecommerce Limited, registered in Hong Kong. Company Reg. No. 80557386 · Central. Say hello at [email protected].

2. Prices and currency

Every price is shown in EUR and includes Dutch VAT where it applies. Delivery is a flat €5.95, and it's on us once you spend more than €100.
If a price slips through with an obvious typo, we may put it right before we send your order, and if the fix changes things in a meaningful way, you're free to cancel at no cost.

3. When your order becomes an order

Placing an order is a firm offer the moment Stripe takes payment. The deal is sealed when we email your confirmation. Now and then we may have to say no, and refund you in full, if something's out of stock or a payment looks suspicious.

4. Changing your mind

EU consumer law gives you a fourteen-day right to withdraw from the day your order arrives. We go further and give you a 30-day return window, the full how-to is on our returns page.
The one exception: items we personalise to your order lose that right once we've started making them just for you.

5. Paying

Payments run through Stripe (Ireland). We never see or keep your card details.

6. Getting it to you

We send orders within 1–2 working days from Central. Once your parcel is handed to the courier, responsibility for it passes along with it.
Ordering from abroad? You're the importer of record, so any duties at the destination are yours.

7. If something's wrong with it

Every item comes with a one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. Even after that first year, if a genuine fault turns up we'll still do what we reasonably can to help.
And whatever happens, the statutory Dutch consumer guarantee always applies on top.

8. Where our responsibility ends

Our liability is capped at the value of your order, except where we've acted with intent or gross negligence.

9. If we disagree

Dutch law applies. Any dispute goes to the competent court in Noord-Holland, and you're always free to use the EU ODR platform.

10. Updates to these terms

We may refresh these terms over time; the version that counts for your order is the one that was live when you placed it.
