Where does my order ship from?
Every order leaves from our little studio in Central.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, we do. The UK, Switzerland, and just about anywhere. Any duties and taxes are worked out at checkout, so there are no surprises later.
What courier do you use?
DHL Express for orders further afield, PostNL registered post closer to home. Every parcel is tracked and signed for, so you always know where it is.
My order is late, what do I do?
